Talk is cheap and Alpaca isn’t, so it’s understandable we often get challenged to put our money where our mouth is. We have done this a few times, as we build our own “Alpaca Cinematic Universe”.

Over the years our founders have bought and sold multiple businesses and bear the scars. Data businesses, brick resellers, hand creams, law firms, debt recovery, home removals – when we say we’ve lived and breathed it, we mean it.

Most of our time these days is spent helping other business owners to understand their business, step out of their own shadow and embrace the chaos in order to grow. Sometimes you have to break a bone to reset it properly, but it’ll be stronger once you do.

So, if you want to work with us, be prepared to invest a little time and a lot of energy. Our retainers start at the modest (£3k pcm) and rise to the equivalent of a full C-Suite Director (c.£10k pcm) and we guarantee that we’ll more than pay for ourselves if you listen to our advice and make the changes you already know you need to make.
